VinFast has signed a cooperation agreement to develop a new toll road interchange in Subang Regency, Indonesia, as part of its long-term transportation infrastructure investment in the country.
Under the agreement, VinFast Indonesia will fully finance the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Manyingsal Interchange at Km 115+500 on the Cikampek–Palimanan (Cipali) Toll Road. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the Subang Regency Government and toll road operator PT Lintas Marga Sedaya.
The project has received in-principle approval from Indonesia’s Ministry of Public Works, with a maximum construction timeline of three years from permit issuance. Upon completion and operational certification, the interchange assets will be transferred to the Ministry of Public Works in line with state asset regulations.
The interchange is expected to improve logistics efficiency, strengthen regional connectivity, and support industrial development around VinFast’s Subang manufacturing facility, which became operational in 2025.
