PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) has received the Enterprise Software – Financial Services award at the Indonesia Technology Excellence Awards 2026 for Credit Sentinel, a cloud-based, low-code digital workflow solution that automates its end-to-end credit proposal review process. The platform replaces manual coordination and fragmented document management with standardised workflows covering application routing, approvals, service-level agreement monitoring, document tracking and audit trails, while maintaining risk management and compliance controls.
Credit Sentinel integrates with customer onboarding, know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) verification, document management and core loan management systems. Following its implementation, IIF migrated and consolidated more than 30 business applications onto the unified platform over two years, replacing multiple applications and technology stacks with a standardised, containerised architecture. The company plans to expand its use of advanced analytics for credit monitoring, AI-assisted workflow recommendations, risk management capabilities and external stakeholder integration to support digital innovation and sustainable infrastructure financing in Indonesia.
