Triconti Windkraft Group has partnered with Sea Wind Holding AG for the development of two offshore wind facilities in Luzon and the Visayas in the Philippines. The two offshore wind projects will have a combined capacity of 1.5 GW which includes the Frontera offshore wind project spanning from Cavite to Bataan, and the Guimaras Strait project along the shores of Negros Occidental.

The added capacity is expected to deliver power to more than one million households and accelerate the economic development of the country.

The projects are the largest offshore wind projects in the pre-development stage. The timelines and the investment amount have not been disclosed yet.
