Or Kim Peow Contractors, a subsidiary of OKP Holdings,  has secured a SGD258.3 million contract from Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) to design and build new cycling paths across 11 eastern towns, including Bedok, Geylang, and Tampines Industrial. This is OKP’s largest contract to date and brings its total cycling infrastructure contracts with LTA to four, valued at SGD617.8 million.

The six-year project, which began on May 27, 2025, includes converting existing footpaths into cycling paths, creating new pedestrian walkways, and upgrading infrastructure like drainage and signage. With this win, OKP’s construction order book has reached a record SGD735.8 million, with projects extending until 2031.
