Leoncio Dakila Nakpil has been appointed as the new general manager of the Philippines-based Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA). He will be replacing Ed Monreal who served in the position since 2017.
Nakpil has been a member of the MIAA board of directors since January 2017 and has also served as the chairman of the ASEAN Airline Operators’ Council since 2010.
