Singapore’s Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) and South Korea’s Ministry of Science and ICT have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly develop renewable energy (RE)-powered building system technologies.
The Governments of Singapore and South Korea will co-invest USD1.2 million in a two-years long project with a focus on AI-based engineering for green net-zero energy building systems. The two agencies will also develop a regulative framework promoting the responsible use of AI.
AI Singapore (AISG) and South Korea’s Institute of Information and Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation (IITP) will lead the project.
