The Ministry of Construction (MoC) has partnered with the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) to develop climate resilient and sustainable urban infrastructure in Vietnam. The partners will focus on implementing Vietnam’s COP26 commitments through technical assistance projects on climate-resilient urban development, smart city building, and urban development investment.
In addition, AFD has also defined partnership objectives for the 2022 – 2023 and 2024 – 2027 periods.
