Chad McGuffin and Matt Molak have been appointed to the board of Directors at LNG Energy Group Corporation. McGuffin serves as the President of Lewis Energy Group (LEG), while Molak is LEG’s Chief Financial Officer. Their appointments follow the resignations of Mr. Lawler and Mr. Jumper from the board. The changes are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
