Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation has partnered with Daewoo Engineering & Construction and Sinarmas Land to strengthen cooperation on urban development projects in Indonesia.
The collaboration was formalised through a letter of confirmation signed during the Korea–Indonesia Business Forum held in Seoul. The agreement focuses on advancing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, while supporting the entry of Korean companies into Indonesia’s real estate and infrastructure sectors.
The initiative builds on Sinarmas Land’s extensive development portfolio, including large-scale projects such as BSD City near Jakarta, and aims to identify new investment opportunities across Indonesia’s rapidly growing urban markets.
