Converge ICT Solutions has selected Infinera to provide submarine line terminal equipment for its participation in the Bifrost Cable System in the Philippines.
This system connects the U.S. to Southeast Asia, including the Philippines. Converge will use Infinera’s GX Series Compact Modular Platform and ICE7 optical engine to boost the capacity and efficiency of its terrestrial and subsea fibre networks. This collaboration enhances Converge’s ability to meet growing bandwidth demands across the region, improving connectivity for its 16 million subscribers.
