H. Xu has assumed the post of Director of the Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific (APAC) and United Nation Assistant Secretary General at the United Nations Development Programme.
Prior to the current assignment, Xu worked as Deputy Regional Director of the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States in New York.
Xu has a master’s degree in International Affairs, International Policy Analysis and Management and Master’s Degree in Management.
