Francisco Castillo, Vice-President of Philippines-based Maynilad Water Services, has been chosen as one of the most outstanding chief information officers (CIOs) in the ASEAN region by the International Data Group (IDG). The recognition marks his immense contribution to Maynilad’s IT infrastructure development and overall improved process management.
Castillo joined Maynilad in 2011 as head of its Information and Technology Services (ITS) division. He has been instrumental in transforming the company’s IT system.
Earlier this year, Castillo was recognised as the “Most Valued Person” by the International Quality and Productivity Center for his role in shaping the agenda for the Enterprise Mobility Exchange Asia Pacific in Singapore.
