Green SM has launched its all-electric taxi service in Bali through a partnership with Taksi Komotra, expanding Indonesia’s electric mobility network. Under the partnership, Green SM provides the technology platform, electric vehicle fleet, operational systems and driver development framework, while Taksi Komotra contributes its local network and operational capabilities across the island.
The Bali operations follow Green SM’s 5 Green Promises framework, focusing on professional drivers, vehicle safety standards, transparent pricing, improved passenger experience and environmental responsibility. The fleet comprises VinFast electric vehicles, operating with zero tailpipe emissions and maintained under standardised technical and safety protocols. The rollout includes the Green SM Driver ecosystem, which emphasises structured training, stable income mechanisms and defined career pathways aligned with sustainability objectives.
