The French Agency for Development, AFD, has launched a restricted tender procedure for the provision of research and development (R&D) services for a project. This is aimed at the development of electrification and water supply systems in the small towns and rural areas of Cambodia. The contract term is 60 months starting from the date of the awarding of the contract.
