Fort Pilar Energy Incorporated (FPEI) has announced plans to expand energy capacity of the Digos Solar Plant in Davao Del Sur, Philippines to 40 MW. The plant has a current capacity of 28.59 MW and expansion works are expected to be completed by end-2022.

The company is currently in the process of seeking for PV panels and selecting an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor to undertake the expansion.

Apart from this, FPEI is also seeking new service contracts specifically in Luzon to add new capacity of 200 MW. The company has also secured contracts of additional energy projects in the pre-development stage in the Visayas.
