Cambodia’s Ministry of Public Works and Transport and China’s Ministry of Transport have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in transport capacity building. Signed on September 21, 2026, the agreement establishes a framework for technical expertise exchange, transport technology sharing and workforce development.
The cooperation covers logistics management, technology exchange, public works construction testing and the adoption of modern engineering standards. It also aims to improve multimodal supply chains and infrastructure laboratory testing capabilities, supporting the quality, resilience and sustainability of Cambodia’s transport networks.
