BoI approves First Gen’s three hydroelectric plants with a total capacity of 62.75 MW

The Board of Investments (BoI) has approved three hydroelectric power projects of First Gen Corporation in Mindanao: the Bubunawan power plant (23 MW, PhP 5.07 billion), located at Libona in Bukidnon; the Cabadbaran plant (9.75 MW, PhP 1.803 billion), located at Cabadbaran in Agusan del Norte; and the Puyo power plant (30 MW, PhP 5.06 billion), located at Jabonga in Agusan del Norte.
