Gaurav Rathee has been appointed as the Divisional Vice President and Head of Human Resources for its Global Shared Services International (GSSI) operations in India and the Philippines at ADP. In this role, Rathee will oversee the people strategy for more than 15,000 associates across multiple locations.
Rathee brings over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership, with expertise in building large-scale talent ecosystems, driving organisational transformation, and fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces. He previously held senior leadership roles at Aon and Genpact, where he supported the growth of global capability centres and strengthened leadership pipelines across diverse functions.
Earlier in his career, Rathee served for eight years with the Indian Army’s Parachute Regiment (Special Forces), an experience that shaped his leadership and people management approach. At ADP, his focus will include strengthening organisational culture, developing next-generation talent, and reinforcing the company’s position as an employer of choice across its GSSI operations in India and the Philippines.
