Aboitiz Renewables Incorporated (ARI), a unit of Aboitiz Power Corporation (AboitizPower), has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Singapore-based Vena Energy to develop a 102 MW wind facility in Rizal and Laguna in the Philippines. The project is expected to achieve financial close by 2024.
Commercial operations are scheduled to commence by 2025.
