Singapore-based Blue Circle has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cambodia-based Royal Group to jointly develop a 100 MW wind project in the eastern province of Mondulkiri in Cambodia. The scope of work will include the development, financing, building, owning and operating of the wind farm.
The partnership is in line with the country’s goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 as set by the Ministry of Environment of Cambodia in 2022.
