The award was presented at a forum called “Driving Business Competitiveness and Sustainability through Digital Innovation”. It was organised by SWA magazine. The award was received by Mohamed Moharram (Group Head of Customer Value and Experience Management), Yustika Artha Kumala (Head of Customer Experience and Market Insight) and Davin Febian Devara (Head of CX Assurance).
