Worldwide Holdings Bhd (WHB) has entered into a head of terms (HoT) agreement with TNB Renewables Sdn Bhd (TRe) to develop a 150 MWp centralised solar park (CSP) in Selangor, Malaysia. Additionally, the Government of Selangor has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with TNB and WHB for the project.
The CSP project is a key initiative in the National Energy Transition Plan (NETR), aiming to provide green solar power to the national grid.
