Vena Energy has secured Bronze recognition at the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (AmCham Philippines) 2025 Corporate Social Impact Awards, underscoring the company’s commitment to community development alongside its renewable energy operations. The award was presented in partnership with the U.S. Embassy and recognises outstanding corporate initiatives with measurable social impact.

The company, through its subsidiary Helios Solar Energy Corp. (HSEC), received the Bronze Award in the Community Impact & Civic Engagement category for its Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Programme in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental. Implemented with the Cadiz City Social Welfare and Development Office and the City Health Office, the programme addresses gaps in hygiene and sanitation infrastructure, contributing to improved public health outcomes and aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The recognition reflects Vena Energy’s long-standing partnership-driven approach in the Philippines, where it works closely with local government units and host communities. As the company continues to expand clean energy capacity in support of the country’s target of a 35 percent renewable energy share by 2030, it remains focused on integrating environmental, social, and governance standards into its operations while delivering tangible benefits to local communities.
