Unithai Shipyard and Engineering Limited received the Corporate Governance Award from Thailand’s Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission in collaboration with the Thai Chamber of Commerce. The company has been recognised for its corporate governance activities for the second consecutive year.

In addition, the enterprise places high priority on promoting activities that demonstrate its CSR. Unithai Shipyard has continuously received the CSR award from the Ministry of Industry, testifying to its conscientious dedication to the community in all operational practices.
The Corporate Governance Awards recognise enterprises that demonstrate “excellent performance” in their business conduct, operating and delivering services in accordance with professional ethics, integrity, and transparency. Best practices in these areas have been identified in surveys undertaken across stakeholders. So far, only 15 companies across the country have earned this award.
