Trina Solar’s rooftop project to be connected to the grid in Vietnam

Trina Solar has announced that its 12.6 MW rooftop project’s cell and module factory in Thai Nguyen province will be connected to the power grid in Vietnam. 

The project will deploy double-glass bifacial modules with the International System Business Unit (ISBU) serving as the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) unit. Further, the project is also expected to generate an average output of 11.29 million kWh annually. The annual cell output is expected to be 4 GW and the annual module output is expected to be 6 GW.
