Passenger trials have commenced on the Pink Monorail Line in Bangkok, Thailand. The Northern Bangkok Monorail Company Limited (NBM), the concessionaire, will carry out free trials till the end of December 2023 with revenue services expected to commence in January 2024.  

During the free public trial, a daily ridership of 70,000-80,000 is expected.

The driverless monorail system runs at an operational speed of 80 km/hr and can carry 470,000 passengers daily. The rolling stock comprises a fleet of 42 four-car Innovia monorail trainsets supplied by the Alstom joint-venture CRRC Puzhen Alstom Transportation Systems Limited (PATS).

The 34.5-km long line covers 30 stations connecting Nonthaburi Civic Centre station and Min Buri station and providing interchanges with other rail lines in the city.
