TrendAI has launched a local data centre in Indonesia to host its AI-powered cybersecurity platform, TrendAI Vision One, from July 1, 2026. The infrastructure is intended to provide Indonesian enterprises with in-country data residency and uninterrupted access to AI security services, while supporting localised data processing and regulatory compliance.

The data centre is designed to provide lower-latency and more reliable services. Key capabilities include AI-driven detection and response supported by threat intelligence from more than 450 researchers and the Zero-Day Initiative (ZDI), zero-trust security architecture, end-to-end encryption, and Tier-aligned infrastructure with redundancy across power, cooling and network layers. The platform will also maintain globally managed service-level agreements through TrendAI experts.

The investment supports TrendAI’s expansion of locally resilient AI security infrastructure in Indonesia and is intended to help enterprises address data-residency and cybersecurity requirements. The source identifies TrendAI Indonesia Country Manager Fetra Syahbana and Slamet Aji Pamungkas, Deputy for Cyber Security and Economic Encryption at Indonesia’s National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), but does not provide the data centre’s location, investment value, capacity or operator.
