Thailand-based power producers Sahacogen (Chonburi) Pcl and Saha Patthana Inter Holding Pcl have entered into a joint venture (JV) to build biomass power plants in Cambodia. The details of the power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Cambodian government are being worked out and the investment plan is expected to be finalised by mid-2017. The project will have a generating capacity of 10 MW.
