Tencent Cloud has partnered with Boost, a regional fintech and digital banking company, to support the expansion of its digital infrastructure across Malaysia and Indonesia. The collaboration covers three areas: scalable Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), AI development and Tencent Cloud Super App as a Service (TCSAS). The cloud infrastructure will support Boost’s operations and expansion across both markets, while the companies will jointly develop AI products and use Tencent Cloud’s existing AI solutions.
Boost will also use TCSAS to integrate multiple financial services into a unified application for consumers and businesses. The partnership forms part of Tencent Cloud’s broader expansion in Southeast Asia, following the establishment of its first Malaysian Cloud Region in Johor and recent collaboration with Malaysian telecommunications operator U Mobile on enterprise 5G and AI solutions.
