Singapore state investment vehicle Temasek Holdings is reportedly planning to sell its 41.6 per cent stake in Thailand-based telecom company InTouch, the parent company of Advanced Info Service (AIS). Temasek Holdings that holds equity in InTouch, through its wholly owned subsidiary Aspen Holdings, has valued its stake at about $3.1 billion. Temasek Holdings was in talks with SingTel for a potential stake sale; however, the deal did not materialise due to the uncertain political climate in Thailand.
