Sunseap Group has secured funds worth SGD 50 million from Singapore state investment firm Temasek Holdings and private equity fund ABC World Asia. The funds will be utilised for solar projects in Singapore and other parts of Asia. Temasek and ABC World Asia have taken a minority stake in Sunseap. In addition to securing the funding, the company in November 2019 joined United Overseas Bank’s U-Solar programme as a partner. The programme connects Asian businesses and individuals with the bank’s solar company partners to help clients go green by switching to solar power.
