Vietnam-based Stavian Group, with funding support from the US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), has started a feasibility study for the Stavian Digital Park, an AI and cloud data-centre campus planned in Ho Chi Minh City. Stavian Hightech Infrastructure has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to lead the study, with APTelecom supporting connectivity and digital infrastructure planning, market development, commercialisation strategy and financial modelling.
The planned campus will span 300 hectares as a carrier-neutral development, with the first phase targeting 300 MW of power by 2030 and access to international subsea connectivity of up to 200 Tbps. The feasibility study covers market demand, site suitability, power, connectivity, cooling, financial viability, sustainability, regulation and implementation, and will produce a master plan, financial model and procurement framework. The project is also expected to incorporate on-site solar and other renewable energy sources to reduce its carbon footprint.
