Singapore Land Authority (SLA) has announced that Colin Low Hsien Yang will succeed Tan Boon Khai as the new chief executive of the department. The appointment will be effective from April 14, 2021. Previously, Low was appointed as the chief executive of Frasers Hospitality Trust’s (FHT) managers. He has about 20 years of investment and corporate business development experience, covering the hospitality, retail and other real estate asset classes in the private sector.
