Sunseap Group has secured an equity investment from UAE-based Dutco Group through Sunseap’s Series E funding round. The amount of the investment has not been disclosed yet. The funds obtained will be used to support the Group’s future solar projects in Singapore and the region.
This investment follows the recent announcement regarding plans by TNB Renewables, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia’s national electricity company Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), to acquire a 39 per cent stake in Sunseap’s five solar projects in Vietnam.
This investment reinforces Dutco’s commitment to expanding operations within the renewable energy sector.
