The Land Transport Authority (LTA) announced that passengers will not be able to use older Ez-link smartcards that are not on the SimplyGo platform or Nets FlashPay cards to pay for their fares on public buses and trains in Singapore from June 1, 2024.
The passengers will be able to exchange their Nets FlashPay cards for free Nets Prepaid Cards at SimplyGo ticket offices located at mass rapid transit (MRT) stations and bus interchanges from January 19, 2024, to July 18, 2024.
