Singapore-based firm to supply LNG in Malaysia commencing from 2027

Singapore-based Amigo LNG, a subsidiary of LNG Alliance, has signed a long-term agreement to supply 3.6 million tonnes annually of LNG to E&H Energy over a 20-year period, starting in Q3 2027 in Malaysia. 

Amigo LNG operates a large-scale liquefaction and export facility in Sonora, Mexico, with a capacity of 7.8 million tonnes annually. This facility is notable for holding both FTA and non-FTA permits from the US Department of Energy, valid until December 2027. The deal is aligned with Malaysia’s goal of achieving gas market parity by 2027.
