Taiwan–based Shinfox Energy has entered a joint development agreement with ComClark Network and Technology Corporation, the parent company of Philippine telecom provider Converge ICT to advance green energy initiatives in the Philippines by leveraging Shinfox’s clean power expertise and ComClark’s infrastructure and local market access.
