Sembcorp Solar Singapore, a subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries has secured a contract to install 80 MW solar panels on interim vacant land and rooftops across five buildings on Jurong Island from JTC. It is the largest contracted capacity awarded to a public sector agency to date.
Moreover, Sembcorp has launched the 285 MWh of Sembcorp Energy Storage System and is expected to launch a 600 MW hydrogen-ready power plant by 2026.
