Sapura Subsea Services, a subsidiary of Sapura Energy, has secured a contract to provide subsea services to Sarawak Shell Bhd and Sabah Shell Petroleum in Malaysia. The contract is effected from January 31, 2024, for five years expiring on January 30, 2029.
The scope of the contract includes the provision of a diving support vessel, air and saturation diving systems, remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and other underwater-related services, which comprise subsea inspection, repair and maintenance of offshore structures, pipelines and other equipment, abandonment, intervention and subsea decommissioning.
