Japan-based Renova Incorporation and Petro Vietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop an offshore wind power project in Vietnam.
The scope of the MoU includes scouting, preparation, offshore survey, development, construction, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the project. The company is aiming for the commercialisation of the project in the country.
