Datuk Dr Md Khir Abdul Rahman has been appointed as an independent and non-executive director of Reneuco Bhd. He also serves as the pro-chancellor of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UnisZa) Terengganu and vice-president of the Datuk Dato Malaysia Council (MDDM).
Md Khir has an extensive background in the O&G and energy industries. Before his current appointment, Md he served as the CEO of TM from 2000 until 2004. Prior to this, he served as managing director of Mejati Technologies Group in 1996 and was the general manager as well as the director of the Malaysian Electronic Payment System (MEPS).
