Hong Leong Bank, Vietnam, has appointed Raymond Sia Say Guan as CEO. Guan has over 20 years of banking and corporate treasury experience specialising in corporate, small and medium enterprises and commercial banking. Guan’s most recent position was in Standard Chartered Bank where he spent three and a half years in Malaysia and four years in Vietnam in different roles.
