Ramon S. Ang, a business tycoon, has been appointed as the CEO of San Miguel Corporation. For almost a decade, Ang has served as the president and COO of SMC. This comes at the same time as when the conglomerate’s board of directors approved a change to the group’s bylaws that affects the duties and obligations of its top executives.
