PPA has invited bids for PhP 302.1 million construction and improvement projects at six local ports

The Philippines Port Authority (PPA) has invited bids for construction and improvement projects worth PhP 302.1 million at six local ports. Of the total value, PhP 236.1 million has been earmarked for the rehabilitation of the Port of Tacloban; PhP 19.8 million to develop an office at Cagayan de Oro port; and PhP 19.88 for a roll-on, roll-off ramp at the Port of Batangas. Further, Guinsiliban port, Dingalan port, and the Port of Nasipit have been assigned budgets of PhP 17.64 million, PhP 3.7 million, and PhP 4.06 million, respectively.
