Phil-Tower Consortium Incorporation has collaborated with Miescor Infrastructure Development Corporation (MIDC) to form a joint venture (JV) to develop 4G and 5G mobile network infrastructure in the Philippines.
The JV will connect the banking and the information and technology sectors and will lead to investment approvals worth USD1.7 billion. The establishment of the JV is under review by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philippine Competition Commission.
