Passenger trials have commenced on the LRT (Light Rail Transit) Jabodebek in Indonesia. The test period will last till 15 August 2023. During the period, all key systems will be tested before the line opens for operations on 17 August 2023. Around 20 to 27 trains will be operated daily, each with capacity to transport up to 1,308 passengers. Fare for the line is yet to be finalised.

The LRT Jabodebek is a 44.5-km-long line featuring 18 stations. The first phase is expected to cost IDR 11.9 trillion.
