Cambodia’s highest bridge, known as Bridge No. 28, is now fully completed and open for public use as of May 15, 2025. The Ministry of Public Works and Transport confirmed the milestone, with spokesperson Phon Rim announcing that the bridge has reached 100 per cent construction progress and is now accessible year-round.
Situated on National Road No. 10, the bridge spans 537 meters in length, stands 90 meters tall, and is 10 meters wide, crossing the Russey Chrum River in Veal Veng district, Pursat province. The site is expected to attract both travelers and tourists, offering scenic views of surrounding forests and a bamboo stream below.
