Pan Orient Energy (Siam) Limited has secured an on-shore petroleum exploration and production (E&P) licence for an area spanning across three provinces northwest of Bangkok from Thailand’s Department of Mineral Fuels (DMF). This license is expected to increase the production of domestic crude oil by 119,000 barrels over the next seven years.

Pan Orient Energy (Siam) Limited has received permission from Thailand’s Petroleum Committee to carry out E&P at AA areas, an additional area granted to Pan Orient spanning 1.86 square km in the L53/48 block in Nakhon Pathom, Suphan Buri, and Kanchanaburi.
