Several LNG facility operations scheduled for the second quarter of 2022 had been delayed to the third quarter of 2021. The facilities where commercial operations were scheduled to start during the third quarter of 2021 have been delayed to the fourth quarter of 2021.
The DOE has declared that the second quarter of 2022 will be critical for the country in terms of its need to expand its gas producing capacity before the gas sale and purchase agreement (GSPA) for the 1,200 MW Ilijan gas-fired power station expires.
