Ni Hsin Group Bhd (Ni Hsin) has signed a head of agreement (HoA) with MNA Energy Sdn Bhd (MNAE) to develop battery technology for electric motorcycles in Malaysia. MNAE’s battery swapping system will include battery tracking and management via a cloud-connected network, which will allow the battery’s lifespan to be tracked.
The Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI) has also provided research funding to MNAE for the development of next-generation battery technology.
